Our cocktail programme is rooted in Japanese technique and precision, shaped through on-ground research and development in Tokyo, led by Koki San. The menu blends disciplined technique with playful flavour logic, balancing accessibility with depth.
Our food is guided by the same principles: warmth, intention, playfulness, and a respect for craft without the burden of purity or perfectionism. We’re inspired by Japanese flavours and ingredients, not as a rulebook, but as a reference point.

We take our sound seriously.
Idoru’s musical identity is based on our love for deep listening, crate-digging culture and a shared obsession with sound. We’re genre-agnostic, but the focus is on funk, soul, jazz, rock, disco, dub, and early electronic sounds from the 1970s through the early 2000s. We’re also looking beyond the Global North, to explore rhythms and sounds from across the world. It’s eclectic, but also playful—we want people to discover and embrace new sounds in an inclusive, warm, fun environment.
